When we live intuitively we are connected to Oneness or the “Living Matrix” ( Rupert Sheldrake), that envelopes everything and every being. We are also part of a community of like-minded individuals who think about and make decisions based on how their actions will affect the planet.
By discovering more about ourselves we deepen our connection to universal wisdom. By healing ourselves we heal those around us and we heal the earth. There are times when we may not feel healthy and in those circumstances our mind, body, spirit, has something to teach us.
It is our decision to open or resist that learning experience of what our mind, body, spirit, wisdom has to offer. This intelligence may be downloaded in an instant or there may be an ongoing thread that reveals itself in its’ own unique time and space. Universal wisdom operates within its’ own timeframe to align situations on multiple levels.
There can be so much more going on at an energetic level of which we may or may not be aware. The universe reveals knowledge to each of us or shifts situations in its’ own time. Sometimes we may expect the shift to occur outside of us. We may want others to change or stop acting in a particular way however what we may discover is that the change has taken place within. We may be poised to receive this information or we may sense we are not in the most optimum frame of mind to receive however subsequently we may understand the meaning at a later date when when we are ready and open to receive the information.
There may be instances when our soul is not ready to allow and absorb the infusion of new knowledge. Ask yourself “Am I ready or open to listen to universal or soul wisdom.” If you sense the answer is yes however you are uncertain how to open to this understanding there are techniques with which this can be achieve.
As children, play is automatic and expected but as adults we don’t necessarily think of play as an extraordinarily important component in our lives. It can be beneficial to include play in our daily lives for the purpose of pure relaxation thereby reducing stress. Play provides the universe an opportunity to connect more easily to our higher vibrational energy. The lighter our energy the more likely the universe will respond in kind infusing lightness into our lives sometimes when it is least expected.
Stuart Brown reminds us play shapes the brain, opens the imagination, and invigorates the soul. Brown explains “When we play, we are open to possibility and the sparks of new insights”. I like to think of this as soul insight. Whether it leads to soul insight or not, play can offer us ‘soul treats’ and who doesn’t need a treat these days!
In Doreen Virtue’s book call Angel Words she explains how words can be angels in our lives. By rephrasing our words and reframing situations we connect to a higher vibration thereby creating more of what we desire in our lives.
In her “Angel Words” book Doreen provides examples of lower vibrational phrases and higher vibrational phrases. She displays images of graphic representations of old and new phrases. Examples of old phrases include “That’s a real pain in the neck”, “I’m between a rock and a hard place”, “Awfully nice of him/her”. Notice where the energy sits in your body when you read theses phrases.
Doreen then offers what she calls peaceful alternatives; “That’s a bit of a challenge”, “I move through life with ease and grace”, “Awesome of him/her”. Now notice where the energy resonates in your body after reading these phrases.
Each individual progresses on their path at their own time and pace and intuition can be our guide. If there may be times when we require outside assistance, support can be found in many forms. When we reach out, intuition can aide our decision in terms of which direction to take and what is most appropriate for our circumstances. Let your soul be your guide.
